| Description |
The MLP is responsible for originating residential mortgage loans. Relationships can be established and developed via phone, e-mail or direct in-person contact. This person can sell direct to customers or solicit customers indirectly through third parties such as builders/developers, realtors or networking channels. Please note that this is a 100% commissioned and virtual sales position with medical benefits and 401K.
Required Skills
o1+ years of external/outside retail mortgage origination experience with an emphasis on self sourced business
oKnowledge of conventional and/or government guidelines
oKnowledge of processing, underwriting and/or closing procedures/federal lending regulations governing real estate lending
oStrong written and verbal communications skills
oTeamwork and customer service skills
oSelf-motivated and highly organized
oAbility to prioritize multiple competing task |
