Humana provides members of the Gilbert Chamber of Commerce a discount of up to three (3) percent on healthcare, five (5) percent on dental, and twenty (20) percent on life insurance premiums.
SightCare, Inc., an affiliated company of Nationwide Vision,provides members of the Gilbert Chamber of Commerce a discount of three (3) percent on fully insured group Broad Network plans and five (5) percent on fully insured group Select Network plans.
