As many of you know I love Gilbert Leadership, the program, alumni, current class it is just an amazing program. One of my favorite things about Gilbert Leadership is watching the students starting to bond on Team Building day and as the year goes on watching them become not only friends but a family.
Many start out in the program to learn about our community and how to get involved but never image the relationships they have built for a lifetime. Having been part of this experience for 8 years now amazes me every year.
