GILBERT, Ariz. (Feb. 28, 2013) – Signaling a growing optimism in the real estate market, the famed Street of Dreams luxury home tour is returning to the Phoenix-metropolitan area this year in October. Street of Dreams at Whitewing at Germann Estates will showcase five distinctive custom-built homes, now under construction.  Each home has a unique architectural style and will feature the latest in interior design, fine furnishings, artistic landscaping, technology, and energy efficiency.

The six-week long lifestyle event is being built in the heart of Gilbert, Ariz., often referenced to as one of the most livable cities* in America. The self-guided tour offers show visitors a rare chance to see the best in luxury living products and what is new and innovative in luxury custom homes.
