Forum #2: New Reporting Requirements 1099K

Don’t know what needs to be reported? Let the IRS help you understand!
Beginning with the 2011 tax year, new Internal Revenue Service (IRS) regulations require that U.S. third-party settlement organizations and payment processors, including Amazon, file Form 1099-K to report unadjusted annual gross sales information for sellers that meet certain requirements. If your business receives revenue from credit card transactions, you should be prepared to fill out the new Form-1099K.
