Direct Payment Authorization
The Gilbert Chamber of Commerce is pleased to offer Direct Payment Plan. Now you can have your membership payment deducted automatically from your Credit Card. You will not have to change your present banking relationship to take advantage of this service.

The Direct Payment Plan will help you in several ways:
  • Save time - fewer checks to write
  • Avoid late charges - your payment will always be on time
  • Save on postage -  the average check writer spends about $100.00 a year on postage
  • Keep it simple - it is easy to sign up for, easy to cancel
Here’s how the Direct Payment Plan works:
You authorize regularly scheduled payments to be made from your Credit Card. Your payments will be made automatically on the 15th of every month. Proof of the payment will appear on your statement. The authority you give to charge your account will remain in effect until you notify us in writing to terminate the authorization. If the amount of your payment changes, we will notify you at least 10 days before payment date. The Direct Payment Plan is dependable, flexible, convenient and easy. To take advantage of this service, complete the attached authorization for and return it to The Gilbert Chamber of Commerce.

3 steps to start The Direct Payment Plan:
  • Fill in your name, financial institution name, account information, location, and date.
  • Provide your credit card information for verification of all financial institution information.
  • Sign and initial the appropriate lines on the form and click on Submit
