Designed exclusively for SCF Arizona policyholders, the SCF Arizona Association Safety Program and the Gilbert Chamber of Commerce have partnered to offer members the opportunity to lower the cost of their workers’ compensation insurance.  If you are:

1. An SCF Arizona Policyholder.

2. A member in good standing of the Chamber of Commerce.

Then all you need to do is...

3. Sign and return the ASP enrollment form to SCF Arizona.

The Chamber of Commerce will approve the enrollment and then you will be on your way to lowering your workers’ compensation costs by sharing in a group bonus dividend and participating in our various safety programs. Members have historically increased their earned dividends by 40-60% through their participation in this program.
